Emily made the whole process of selling our rental property quick and stress free. She communicated efficiently with each turn and we talked openly and honestly. Emily guided us with an abundance of knowledge and experience and showed such patience with any questions we asked. Not to mention how kind and genuine she is aside from her job makes working with her that much better. She takes the time to really form a trusting relationship and we cannot recommend her enough. Emily really is the best realtor ever. From the moment we first had a chat with her we knew we were in good hands. She took the time to listen to our needs and immediately knew what to search for. She helped us realize we were more open to other options than we thought and ultimately helped us get an offer accepted on the perfect home for us. It was a challenge even for the most experienced realtors out there and she met it.

We relocated from Colorado back to Ohio in the early spring and I had my eyes set on Emily as our realtor because we shared a love for old homes, interior design, and the "style" I so craved in a house. Ultimately, we ended up with the perfect house and Emily has provided DOZENS of recommendations on community tips in our new neighborhood, contractor recommendations for upcoming work we'd like to do, and her recommendations for lender, inspector, etc. were all so lovely to work with! Not to mention our home was for sale by owner, so there was extra work involved with her to navigate that transaction. Thank you so much Emily!!
